Nigel has been a recruiter since 2004, bringing over 22 years of experience across global capital and commodity markets. He began his career on the institutional side of capital markets, working with Dresdner in London and Morgan Stanley in Dallas, before joining a boutique recruitment firm in London where he built out the firm’s fixed income offering. In 2006, he transitioned into commodities recruitment.

Nigel has recruited extensively across softs, metals, and energy. In 2008, he relocated to the United States, where he built and led the US business for DNA Group, one of the leading commodity recruitment firms at the time. During this period, he also built out the US office for a major merchant, recruiting across Gas, Power, and Oil.

In 2011, Nigel founded Integer Partners, which he has grown into a respected niche search firm with offices in Oxfordshire, England, and Spring, Texas. He is widely known for his deep knowledge of commodity markets, exceptional attention to detail, and a reputation for confidentiality, discretion, and integrity.

Nigel specialises in front-office and commercial recruitment across both physical and financial commodities. Integer Partners works with refiners, hedge funds, trading houses, and producers across the US, UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
